When people come into therapy for the first time they are often struggling with fallout from unconscious forces. Clients describe sudden anxieties, sadness, blockages or are unable to do the things which they know will be good for them. Many feel bound because they are driven by unconscious patterns. Others just need some help with coping, changing bad habits or making a tough decision. My unique therapeutic approach is a multi-focused spectrum of analysis including CBT, DBT, Existential, and Mindfulness.

Often people have difficulty adequately working through problems themselves or with the help of friends and family. The problems build up, solutions seem unobtainable and things that used to help aren't cutting it anymore. My professional focus is on helping people to make meaningful changes in their lives by working through these obstructions.
