K.C. Sweet
CMHC

I am a graduate-level counseling intern who believes meaningful change happens when people
feel safe enough to slow down, be honest with themselves, and not carry their struggles alone. I
was drawn to this work through a deep respect for the healing that can occur within genuine,
compassionate connection.
In therapy, I strive to create a space that feels calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental — a place
where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or rush your process. I believe
healing unfolds when we feel safe enough to explore our inner experience with curiosity, care,
and kindness.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time outdoors, taking photos, listening to music,
and being present with my two kids. These parts of my life help remind me of the importance of
slowing down and staying connected to what matters most.
